WeatherAll Shelters
WeatherAll shelters are wrapped with high-quality vinyl and the frame is constructed of rugged roll-formed galvanized steel. Heavy-duty steel supports provide support and protect each side frame and project 6” beyond front of frame. WeatherAll shelters accommodate a wide variety of door and vehicle sizes, while providing full-width access to the back of the vehicle.
- Two overlapping wear pleats on each head curtain corner
- Head frame is covered with white translucent fiberglass to transmit natural light into the loading area. Side frames are covered with 18 oz. white vinyl-coated fabric
- Full length closed cell neoprene forms a wiper seal on the trailer’s sides
- Wind straps on head curtain keep the head curtain from being blown out of position when the shelter is not in use
- Raked header permits weather drainage
- Wear panels with guide stripes provide visual reference to the dock
- Foam weather strip provides a protection from water along the top front edge of the shelter frame under the aluminum trim angle
- Face curtains are sewn with multi-stranded, bonded polyester thread. Durable “lock-stitched” seams resist wear and separation
